Bella struttura , stanze molto grandi con giardino , letto comodissimo , molto bella anche la piscina , ma purtroppo manca ancora molto per definirsi 5 stelle , devono migliorare .
Primo giorno un disservizio nella colazione , praticamente lo staff in tilt, tanti commensali e mancavano i prodotti con attese lunghissime .
Diciamo che questo si può anche capire ed accettare, ma non si può accettare che la Direzione non si è scusata con i clienti offrendo anche solo un fiore , sarebbe stato bello e da 5 stelle !!!
Altra cosa , secondo un mio modesto parere è se posso consigliare, rivedere il servizio lavanderia in quanto le lenzuola ed asciugamani hanno un profumo non proprio gradevole , basta usare prodotti più profumati e dare un impronta di qualità eccellente come potrebbe sicuramente diventare la struttura .

tutto organizzato dalle camere al ristorante
un po’ meno la situazione dei massaggi,la massaggiatrice e poco professionale mi sembra che fa massaggi giusto per farli, in una struttura del genere deve esserci una persona che ne capisce!non aggiungo altro provate per crederci!
