Bliskość szpitala dziecięcego. Dostęp do pralki i mikrofali w mieszkaniu ;) z małym dzieckiem to duży plus.
Tramwaje jeżdżące co chwila pod samymi oknami głównej sypialni. Brak drzwi do małej sypialni ( przydałaby sie chociaż zasłona)

Zaczne od tego co napewno było bardzo na plus, to kontakt z Panią Właściciel, a także wystrój i klimatyczność mieszkania. Bardzo Czysto !
Bardzo ogromnym minusem mającym wpływ na pobyt jest fakt, że wszystkie możliwe tramwaje jadące Gdańską od stycznia kierowane są na pętle Bielawy, czyli tą obok domu, tramwaje pod oknem jezdzą co 4 minuty i czuć ich wibracje w całym mieszkaniu, będzie tak jeszcze przez pare miesięcy i warto to sprawdzić na stronie mzk bydgoszcz. Szkoda, bo pomimo iż o tym wiedziałem, troche zostałem wprowadzony w błąd, iż to tylko 1-2 linie, a jest ich pięć. Przykre to
