L'appartamento era molto carino, con arredamento moderno, in posizione centrale in una zona piena di movimento e servizi. L' host è stata molto precisa nelle informazioni e molto accogliente, ci ha fatto trovare anche uno snack di benvenuto. Ho anche apprezzato che non ci abbia chiesto una recensione a 10 punti, come ormai fanno tutti.
L'unica pecca è stata che in agosto fa molto caldo a Smirne, e in una delle due camere da letto non c'era aria condizionata né finestra; tuttavia, con la porta aperta si riusciva a ricevere aria fresca dal soggiorno.

La propietaria estuvo en todo momento pendiente de que todo estuviese correctamente, muy atenta (¡gracias por el obsequio de acogida!). Ízmir es una zona muy bonita y la verdad es que su localización es genial para moverse a pie.
Supermercados y tiendas muy a mano, genial para reponer el frigorífico de forma cómoda.
Al estar en el centro, en ciertos momentos puede ser bastante ruidoso. Las ventanas aislan bastante bien, pero en nuestro caso no era suficiente (siempre viene bien tener unos tapones...).
