Excellent location in terms of mobility, a few steps from several bus stops and within walking distance from the city center. The underground parking was a great addition and thanks to the accessibility of the public transportation we did not need the car throughout the whole stay of 3 days. The city market is across the street. Overall, a great solution for a few days stays if you come by car.
Some of the things are not really controllable by the host - there is a 24/7 gaming hall right across the building which means noise in the night. But if you are a deep sleeper - it can be overcome. Also the area was not the cleanest - but it is likely an issue in majority of the city.
The previous tenant was probably a smoker and the apartment smell of tobacco.

The apartment is brand new with great location and pretty clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were welcomed with champagne. I would definitely visit again.
