Bright & cozy 3bedrooms with stunning views DLAP1-1

The views out of the window were absolutely stunning. There was more storage than you could ever need (great for hide and seek!). And the location across the road to swimming spots was great.

There were only two forks for most of our stay. Replacements did come two days before we checked out but eating in shifts was a bit silly. Having one key was also annoying - if two people are out doing separate things and the first comes home to sleep, they would have to wake up to let the second person in, and the second person would need a phone to do that as the intercom wasn’t working. Putting the key out in the lock box didn’t work as you’d have to unlock the building internal door, unlock the apartment door, and leave those open to go back downstairs to put the key in the lock box. Finally, the air con in the kitchen didn’t work for the last 3 days, and I wasn’t a fan of having to walk past bags of rubbish to get into the apartment building but I dont think much can be done there as it seems to be the process for rubbish collection. Overall nothing to ruin our stay, but just made it a little less easy.

Location is awesome, plenty of room for a large family and view out to the bay and street below from the lounge area is exceptional. Bus out front, restaurants everywhere.

Although stipulated in the booking notes, be aware that you to leave a 400EUR security deposit which is kept for up to 14 days after you leave the property.

…After check-out, I was informed that I had apparently created some “white stains quite hard to remove” on the kitchen counter, as per below picture. The entire €400 deposit was taken without hesitation. I have responded, pointing out that there were stains in several areas of the flat — and even outside, including the lift — which I assumed were paint. Despite this, communication has been painfully slow, and four days later I still haven’t been told whether these supposedly hard to remove stains have even been removed.
