This property has the wow factor as soon as you cross the threshold. If it’s comfort you’re after - this is it. The master bed is so comfortable and waking up to the view across the harbour is amazing. The host Andre is so helpful with the instructions as well as directions to the property and very informative as to shops, pubs, and restaurants in the village.
We would definitely love to stay here again when we revisit Polperro.
Nothing. Although a few reviews are negative about the uphill walk from the village to the property my wife and I found it quite refreshing after a meal and couple of drinks and we’re in our 60’s !!

The views were phenomenal! Waking up in the mornings to the harbour view was very pleasant. The apartment was well equipped and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a lovely treat. Great communication with the owners and we were able to have an earlier arrival time.
Personal preference would have been a comfier sofa but everything else was spot on!

Amazing, modern and exceptionally well equipped accommodation with stunning views. We immediately felt relaxed and at home.
Having had 5 spinal surgeries, the bed was superb, giving me truly restful nights. Wish we could have stayed longer in this fabulous apartment.
The steep hill down to the harbour is really hard work if you have knee, hip or back problems and is not suitable for mobility scooters. Make sure you get to stay here whilst you are still fit or you'll miss a wonderful experience!
