Rarely am I so impressed with a self-catering property like this one. Exceptionally clean and very well kitted out. EVERYTHING you might need was provided for with excellent attention to detail. Lots of information regarding the area in the welcome pack and very comfortable beds and rooms with stunning views!

Walking up and down the hill to the village might take you by surprise!! As for the property.....loved it all 10 out of 10! Keep it up!

It had the most amazing views and looked like it was fit for something like grand designs. There has been so much care and attention which has gone into this refurb. It is fully kitted out with everything you could need, even if you have a baby, travel cot, changing mats, high chair etc. So you don’t have to cart all the clobber. The owners are absolutely fab and are only a call or message away. The kitchen is fully kitted out with quality items as you would have at home and there is everything you could possibly need. So if you have little ones and are planning to eat in on the evenings or for lunch, you’re not scratching around, trying to prep on substandard cheap equipment. Its all been provided for and is quality stuff. Super clean, great quality and beautiful place with the best views in the village *If you have any gluten intolerances, take some bread and pasta with you if you’re planning to eat in. Most of the restaurants cater for it. Test out Turntable Pizza. They do fresh dough for GF and normal pizza and it is AMAZING and The Plantation is great too, they can’t do enough for you! The people in Polperro make it even better, they are so friendly and helpful and treat you like an old friend 😀Enjoy your holiday. You won’t be disappointed ❤️ Thanks Polperro! You’ve been great!

The only negative is that you are at the top of a really steep hill. So forget your hills, you’re not going to be using those! if you have toddlers, you’re going to either need to be prepared to carry them (it’s hard enough going yourself in heat), or call a cab. We used chariots of hire and they were great. They’ll pick you up in the village and then drop you off at the property. Polperro has a laid back causal vibe, so trainers and flip flops are essential, due to the hills. This is the only negative and is outweighed by the positives. The only other thing is that there is no outside space with this apartment. But if you’re off on days out, the quality again outweighs it.

Lovely property. Clean, comfy, everything working and in good order. Stunning view. A ten min steep walk to the village / harbour. Owners very helpful - follow their instructions on how to get to the property, not through the village.

Property is on a very narrow road on a very steep hill. Fine for us, but wouldn't be good for anyone with a large vehicle or mobility issues.

Fabulous location with amazing view over the harbour. Very rare to get a parking space in Polperro, little challenging last bit of access down a steep narrow road, but manageable. Nice balance between getting a good view, but close enough for a short stroll to the centre (though steep hill). High quality renovation of an old rectory.

The view was incredible! The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with just a 5 minute walk to the village. Hosts were really helpful and quick at replying.

Wow what a find! This is an amazing property in an beautiful location. Everything was truly perfect. The views are incredible and the property is newly and beautifully renovated to an exceptionally high standard. The pictures on here are great but can't truly convey the wow factor. Polperro is a beautiful historic fishing village with many characterful pubs, shops and restaurants. For day trips out there are so many great places to go locally. You can also take boat trips from the harbour to other villages along the coast or fishing trips. The onsite parking at this property is a real plus too. In short, you must stay here!
