MGM Signature-10-717 Strip View Balcony Studio

Location was good. Central to the Las Vegas Strip. Kitchen and bathroom were sizable and clean.

The sofa bed was a very thin, old mattress and had old spots of blood on the mattress, the bedding provided for the sofa bed was laughable with just an old looking sheet and no appropriate duvet cover. After complaining to the front desk, we were told that the MGM do not in fact own the apartment's and therefore could not do anything for us. I tried to telephone booking.com however it is impossible to find a working phone number for complaints and so had to email. It was so late by the time they got back to me that we ended up having to pay for our friends to stay at another hotel as they were absolutely not staying on a stained dirty bed. The fridge is extremely loud which is distracting when trying to sleep. The room is not big enough to accommodate 4 adults and during our 2 night stay we were not visited by housekeeping once.
