MGM Signature-33-711 F1 Track & Strip View Balcony

i loved everything about the property, love that it’s not directly on the strip but also not too far away . also loved the amenities we get within our stay!

We liked the location. The Accommodation size. The ability to self cater with kitchenette facilities. The large bathroom with proper jetted bath and large shower. The balcony which is not usually a feature of rooms in Las Vegas. The location close to but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the MGM Grand. Easy pool access and ability to avail of the pool facilities at MGM Grand etc. The access to laundry facilities on stays of seven days or more.

Nothing really to dislike. Would suggest the addition of a brush and pan or small vacuum.

There was no plug so we had to cover it with a plate so items didn’t fall down the sink

This is a great way to stay a short stroll from the strip but to get away from the madness. The area around the buildings is peaceful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with very good sized bathrooms. The checkin process is a breeze and it doesn't get anything like as busy as most casino resorts.

Water in the rooms is always welcome.
