Clean, spacious, and tidy with no resort and parking fees, very close to the strip.

Some furniture needs upholstery / new coverings, and the balcony needs two chairs and a small table

Staying at The Signature is a great value because of the location and access to MGM amenities & restaurants without the MGM price tag, if you dont mind a short walk through the access hallway that connects you to the MGM. We were right on the Las Vegas Strip with direct access to the MGM Station Monorail. Our suite at The Signature was beautiful, clean, well maintained and very spacious (Master Bathroom is huge). And there are Starbucks on site (at The Signature & MGM). Access to pllenty of grest restaurants like Nellie's, Wolfgang Pucks, Emeril's, Craftsteak & more.

We didn't use the pool at The Signature at all. We went to MGM's pools instead.

Didn’t like the master bath shower

Size of the room and the view was nice

The parking was ridiculous. They turned us away 2 nights in a row only accepting check ins no return guests. We were forced to park in self parking a quarter mile away and had to walk through the casino (a 20 minute walk) my car was side swiped in self parking. The shower head was broken in the shower. House keeping never showed up. Valet was rude. Probably will not return!!
