Walang remote ang TV though naitawag naman sa staff at nagbigay pero mahirap gamitin ang tv, hindi maayos ang remote.

The check-in process was smooth. The staff was friendly especially the one who gave us a showroom. She was smiling the whole time. The room was small but tidy.
The fridge inside our room wasn't working so we couldn't store our water drinks

Comfy bed
Overcharged us for extending out stay, so we wanted to cancel when we realised the price difference and they said we couldn't they a refund. Basically front desk staff at the time didn't know how to process it. Got refund back next day.
Room has pictures of kettle and cups which arnt in the room.
TV was broken didn't work
Showers were cold (said hot showers online)
