    We stayed for 3 nights at GO Chinburi as we were in town to take care of my wife's brother who is struggling with cancer. Upon realizing we were quite far away from our brother, we contacted Agoda to see if we could change locations to Si Racha. Agoda said yes but GO said no and not only that, but we were notified that there will be NO REFUND if we choose to leave. We didn't even want a refund. In fact, we were going to ask for an upgrade to the best room at the Si Racha location just to show our appreciation of GO helping us. Well, that didn't happen. We eneded up spending several hours driving back and forth from Chonburi to Si Racha to tend to our family. In the coming months we plan to visit Chonburi/Si Racha quite often, but will never spend another baht at a GO Hotel property.

    We traveled to Chonburi to take care of my wife's brother who is struggling with cancer. We mistakenly booked at the Chinburi location, not knowing our brother lived in the Si Racha area. We called Agoda and they said it would be absolutely NO PROBLEM to move locations. Go Hotel denied us a transfer to the Si Racha property. They also said we could not get a refund so as to book closer to our brother. The hotel was mostly empty, but no assistance was offered. We will be traveling to Chonburi a lot in the coming days to take care of our brother, but we will never spend another baht at a Go property.

    I have stayed here for two times. It was a pleasant stay. Near the shopping center. You can go there by walk just in one mins and I'm not gonna lie. Not for from the beach (Bangsaen) just ten mins I guess if you want to smell the sea. I hope I wish stay here some more times in the future :)

    The staff were average, no feeling. The room has a weird shower and toilet position. It's not a normal design but it's clean. It's just noisy from constant staff and other customers slamming doors and things. Great location for the mall though. Wouldn't stay again unless it was half the price.
