Stunning Mallorca by the Sea

Stunning location close to the beach with lovely seaview

The photos of the unit have an outside braai on the patio. There is no braai or Webber. The patio furniture is also nothing like the photos, only 2 old chairs, no table outside. Pots and pans very limited, no extention in the main bedroom for the aircon. Monkeys in the complex is a huge problem. During the day you cannot sit outside on the patio. And while you are inside the unit, you cannot leave the sliding door open. They enter and are very aggressive. Pest control will have to take action. For 2 whole days we could not use the small access gate to the beach. We had to drive to the beach. The keylock was not working. On the 3rd day it was open, but in such a way that anyone from the street could enter the Mallorca complex, no security.

The view is amazing. It’s modern and clean.

Everything was perfect

Lovely unit with nice furniture Great location and view

The advert states aircons yet inefficient noisy air coolers were installed and not even plugged in. In main bedroom plug cable for air cooler is a pain

The location is good with good sea view.

Absence of table and braai on the balcony not as per advertised pictures. Cockroaches on the kitchen.
