About this house rental
The apartment is fitted and fully equipped with high end finishes and appliances. For indoor entertainment, the apartment has unlimited WIFI internet and a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix. Guests have access to two basement parking bays.

The unit comprises an open plan kitchen, dining area and living space which extends onto a private terrace. The kitchen is completely equipped with a range of appliances including a coffee machine, toaster, microwave and oven. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with ensuite whilst the second bedroom has two single beds (can be joined to form a double on request). All rooms have ducted air conditioning. The unit comfortably accommodates 4 people.
Ocean Dune amenities
There are two swimming pools - one Olympic sized (length) and a communal deck splash pool with incredible views of the ocean. There are also gas braais/bbqs on the communal deck and a kids jungle gym. A forest walk to Umdloti beach is also accessible from the complex.
