Appartamento in ottima posizione e abbastanza confortevole. Zona con ottima possibilità di parcheggio. Gestori davvero disponibili. Camere da letto con bagno in camera.
L'appartamento è parzialmente ristrutturato. Zona comune e una delle zone notte sono ristrutturate e servite da aria condizionata e riscaldamento. La seconda zona notte è ancora da ristrutturare e non servita da condizionatore e riscaldamento.

La struttura era ben predisposta, con camere spaziose e tutto ciò che è necessario (stendino, fono ecc). Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Molti punti a favore per l'host, particolarmente simpatico e molto disponibile nel darci consigli sul posto.
L'unica nota leggermente negativa è stato che la seconda camera da letto con bagno era leggermente più "vecchiotta" rispetto al resto della casa. Era comunque tutto ben funzionante.
