Terrible Experience – Avoid if You Can We were required to send a €150 bank transfer in advance. Since we were coming from the UK, it had to be done internationally and wasn’t processed immediately. The bank advised us to wait until the next day. I explained the delay to the host, but she ignored my messages and refused to give me the code to the appartment until i had the payment verified. We contacted Booking.com, who said they’d try to reach her for a possible free cancellation, but she ignored them as well. Once the payment was finally confirmed, I sent proof — she only sent the access code around 2:30 AM. By then, I had already spent the night outside with my children. When we finally entered the property, it was a huge disappointment. The house was dirty, the pillows were flat and barely usable with barely any stuffing, the bed was broken (I’ve attached photos), and the sofa was filthy. A truly awful stay — completely unprofessional and unhygienic.

The promised baby bed was not there. There was only scalding Hot water in the shower. No curtain or suncreen in the livingroom even though state to have a sofabed. Hence it was unusable. Very dirty everywhere. Very bad communication with owner. They Just stopped replying and wouldnt answer the Phone.

l'appartement se trouve au 3ème niveau, diffcile d'accès avec les enfants difficulté de trouver la clé, code communique le jour d'arrivéerroné Exiger une caution quelques minutes avant notre arrivé.

Slecht , U hebt mijn kinderen laten huilen want ons programma is anders gegaan.
Beste, De de idioot eigenaar neemt niet op terwijl ik met mijn kinderen plus mijn ziek oma die wil heel graag naar Parijs reizen, ik dacht dat ik alles heb geregeld ,maar blijkbaar niet......
De eigenaar kwam niet de sleutel geven toen moest ik alles opnieuw gaan regelen , in plaatsen van appartement heb ik in een hotel gehuurd zonder koelkast waar moet ik medicijnen van oma kunnen bewaren, plus is heel ver van alle plaatsen waar was ik van plan gaan bezoeken, U hebt ons vakantie verpest , wij zijn naar 31 land geweest ,en het is eerste keer dat zo iets gebeurd met ons, is echt jammer..

Estoy esperando que me devuelvan el depósito 150€ que me pidieron
En principio la cama no tenía las tiras el colchón se hundía por falta de las tiras,platos sucios y grasos cubiertos sábanas y toallas sucias…..y lo fatal de todo están el obras la 3 tercera planta nosotros descansando alas 9 d la mañana con un taladro rompiendo suelos llame y le dije ala encargada del departamento me dijo que a partir de las 9am. Se podía hacer bulla me pidió un depósito de 150€ y hasta la fecha no me lo devuelven son unos caras duras dejo este comentario para que no alquilen este departamento entre las obras y que no te devuelvan el depósito fuimos 3 dias y 2 noches.
