Homey but beware of mosquito bites

There is a playground for the kids. There are chicken, rabbit and turtle to keep kids entertained.

The cooking stuff are incomplete. The owner needs to look into providing proper cooking pans and knife. There's only one small knife provided and it's not sharp at all. I left the property with more than 10 mosquito bites

Intimate size house with a few other rooms.

It was spacious and the property owner was nice. They had a lot of pets on the property which wasn’t a problem but was unexpected.

The shower/bath tub was small and awkward. They water sprayed every where out of the shower because of how small the tub was.

Value for money, good location if you have car, the host is accomodating.

Sabrina and her family was very hands-on hosts, they have accommodated our requests where they can. There is also a safe parking space. We have rented a studio room which is perfect for a family of three.

During our stay, there was a construction ongoing, the workers and their vehicle was a bit loud. But that didn’t bother us much since my little one loves construction vehicles.

Great location for a family planning to visit both central Paris and Disneyland.

The beds were comfortable, there was everything we needed to stay for a few days, and everything was perfectly functional and clean. Tea, coffee, hygiene products were all also available in sufficient quantity! Everything was comfortable, beautiful and cozy! For children, there was a small zoo with rabbits, turtles and two friendly dogs, with whom our son immediately made friends. There was also a children's playground with a trampoline and a slide. It was reassuring that the children's playground and garden could be seen from both sides of the house so we could always watch the children playing. The owners were friendly and communicative and we really appreciated the two cots for our twins that were waiting for us in the room - this was a big plus! The parking lot and the area were closed at night.

We had very nice stay, very good for families, kids liked the apartment.

I liked it was on a dead-end street, so no cars, very quiet. Our kids also loved the animals, 2 dogs but both of them were quite nice, you do not need to be afraid. I liked the large living room, and kitchen, it was a very good apartment for the price, especially in Paris where everything is quite expensive. We never drove a car to Paris, we always left the car at the train station which is a couple of minutes by car. You do not want to drive in Paris traffic, in 20-30 minutes you are in the city center by train for a couple of euros. Great TV with Disney+, Netflix, and so on. Some people complained about manually opening the entrance gateway for the car - some exercise early in the morning will not do you any harm, so it's ok.

Only small things could be fixed quite easily and could leave then a better impression. The lock on the kitchen doors does not work, basically, you need to leave the door unlocked. Maybe it is just me, but I was not able to close and lock the door without eventually breaking it. The window in the shower should not be that transparent - personally, I do not care, but some shy people could have a problem to have a fully transparent window in the shower heading to the backyard. As said, this can be fixed quite easily and cheaply, and maybe it was already done.

The location and facilities of the property and the staff were friendly. It was a cold day, but the house was not cold.

The bedding smelled bad and it was hard to sleep at night. I was disappointed that the exchange for a new one was not made on the second day.

Ideal for Disneyland!

The host, Sabrina, was really lovely. I messaged her the evening before to let her know our arrival times and then again on the day when we were going to be 2 hours early which wasn't an issue. She met us at the property, showed us around and handed over the key. The property was ideal for what we needed, a base for Disneyland Paris which was a simple 20 min drive. The kitchen had everything you needed and the apartment was always a lovely temperature that can be adjusted. The bathroom was a little dated and possibly in need of a re-vamp but everything work absolutely fine so can't really complain. The apartment and kitchen itself was modern and the whole place was immaculately clean. I believe the building was having a revamp as there's building work going on and it looks like a building site outside of the property but it didn't effect our stay and there were no noise issues. Ample parking behind electric gates so was lovely and secure. Check out was easy, we just packed up and popped key through the letter box as we were leaving early in the morning. Would definitely recommend, we would happily stay again!

The only negative was the appearance outside as it was a bit of a building site with renovation going on which is why I market it down to 9 rather than 10. This really didn't effect our quality of stay though! Also, as mentioned before the bathroom could do with a little update but everything worked fine and the shower was lovely and hot.

⭐️Top Lage zwischen Disneyland und Paris ⭐️Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück welches man per Formular zur Wunschzeit bestellen kann. ⭐️sehr nette Vermieter, gehen auf alle Wünsche schnelle ein. ⭐️Parken auf dem Grundstück ist sehr praktisch ⭐️bequeme Betten und ruhig in der Nacht.

Het is een prima accommodatie voor een of twee nachten. Kindjes konden zich ondanks de regen prima binnen vermaken. Wij verbleven hier met twee gezinnen een nacht. Overal zitten rolluiken dus vandaar geen gordijnen. We mochten alles vragen wat we zouden willen maar dit was niet nodig.

Er wordt rondom het huis veel verbouwd. Maakt niet uit maar daardoor oogt het misschien iets rommeliger.

Dobry jako baza wypadowa do Disneyland Paris

Naszym celem była wizyta w Disneyland Paris. Dojazd samochodem do Disneyland zajmuje około 20-30 minut. Byłyśmy poza sezonem więc w obiekcie nie było prawie wcale innych gości. Są tam kurki, króliki i papuga....i biedne ryby w brudnej wodzie w akwariach :( Na nocleg i wypoczynek pomiędzy kolejnymi dniami w Disneyland miejsce się sprawdza.

Zapach w pokoju - jakby wilgoć. Brak sygnału w TV.

Preislich sehr gut für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp

Unser Kind konnte sich frei bewegen, ihr haben die Tiere gefallen. Frühstück war sehr reichlich und sehr lecker. Nette Gastgeber.

Badezimmer hatte an der Decke Schimmel, Frühstück gab es im Zimmer, was ich persönlich schöner finde an einem vernünftigen Tisch zu sitzen.

Ruim en schoon appartement, van alles voorzien. Meerdere dieren en speeltuin aanwezig, kinderen vonden het geweldig! Super ontbijt!

Niks op te merken, ook zeker gezien de prijs - kwaliteit verhouding.

De afstand tussen de accommodatie en Disney Land is goed maar bij aankomst is alles in waarde nog geen 1 ster. Fotos op booking zijn allemaal mooi en gelikt, realiteit is totaal anders

Zootje om het pand heen, geen goede douche en geen gordijnen en geen goede keuken. Alles net niks maar daar is de prijs dan ook na.

Bra boende med bra läge för Disneyland

Bra läge med utmärkt frukost och mycket trevlig samt hjälpsam personal. Perfekt läge för att själva kunna köra till Disneyland samt ta kommunal transport in till centrala Paris.

Vårt rum kändes lite litet för hela familjen.

Era una villetta fuori mano con tanti animali, cane, gatto, polli e conigli , pappagallo e tartarughe d'acqua, ma un pò troppi lavori in corso e struttura vecchia. Cosa più spiacevole, la finestra del bagno non era opacizzata né aveva tenda. Lontanissimo da Disneyland e nel tragitto c'era una fermata degradata, rischiando di essere derubata

החדר היה ענקי, מואר עם מטבח גדול מאובזר מאד. ארוחת הבוקר אישית ועשירה. המארחים מסבירי פנים. חצר ענקית. חניה חופשית בשפע. אוירה כפרית.

Personne très agréable, nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu suite à des déconvenues sur la route mais cela n’a posé aucun problème. Nous avons été bien accueillis.
