Almost everything. It was a nice, safe and quiet place. The room was clean, comfortable and warm.
The mattress was not very comfortable, and the sink in the toilet was too small. Sometimes there was a bad smell from the drain.

Communication with the staff of the company that manages the apartment was great and I’m grateful for their flexibility to check in earlier. Good location, quite flat (except for the noisy neighbours), big mirror, balcony overlooking the trees at the back of the building, bonus points for central heating during the winter, new towels.
This could be a great flat I would be willing to come back to if it wasn’t for the very cheap furniture, the under equipped kitchen, the exit sign that was too bright during the night and the general lack of care but most of all the very bad mattress, impossible to sleep on, which should be replaced immediately. With a little care this could be a really great small apartment for one or two people.
