J'ai passé un agréable séjour, j'ai même décidé d'y revenir une semaine après.
Hôte très disponible.
Quartier très calme et sécurisé.
J'ai pas été dérangé par le bruit des enfants, cela m'a plutôt d'avantage rassuré d'être juste à côté d'une famille.
La cuisine est bien équipée, tout y est.
J'ai eu froid la première nuit.
Après avoir informé mon hôte, ça été très vite réglé et les autres nuits ont été parfaites.

Good convenient location near the center. Cozy and clean place. Easy to check in. Nice communication with the host.
Could be nice to switch on the heater in advance as it takes some time to warm up the place.

Modern, nicely decorated. Welcome platter, tea and soda. Comfortable bed.
Underground, dark, smell of mildew.
Kitchen drawers are aging, difficult to operate.
Fuse box and electricity meter above the bed: not sure whether this is not healthy with the electromagnetic field...
