The location was very good for exploring Alicante. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.
The car park was difficult to drive round and the automatic door was tempremental

Very nice small modern appartement absolutely in the town center, 1 min. from the Market Hall, 5 min. from port. It´s inside the block with a small terrasse/yard, it´s cool (positive in the summer, maybe not in winter). Kitchen with micro wave, bathroom, bedroom, all is there you need - not luxurous, but excellent for the good price. Offered was a free garage 2 min. away (important when you have a rented car!), and it was confirmed and was there.
In short walking distance you have everything you need, shops, restaurants, the market ... perfect.
BTW: the landlord Andrey was very nice and helpful! Very secure entrance with key card ... fine!
This ALL is highly recommended ... perfect for a stay up to a week for budget money. When we come back, we´ll rent this again for sure.
The gate of the garage had a small problem, but that was solved in due time by the Andrey, the landlord.
