Sehr gute Lage, Tiefgarage zwar eng aber direkt im Objekt, Blick vom Balkon, Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber professionell
Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarschaft nimmt auch Nachts keine Rücksicht, Küche sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, Sitzgelegenheiten nicht bequem und für längeren Aufenthalt ungeeignet, Raumaufteilung schwer nachvollziehbar, Apartmentgröße eigentlich kleiner als die meisten normalen Hotelzimmer. Aufgrund des Umfeldes für alleinreisende Frauen aus unserer Sicht nicht empfehlenswert.
