Exceptional location, within walking minutes of Lss Vegas Strip and other local attractions (F1, Sphere, etc.), and just a short drive from LAS airport. Big, comfortable room.
The fact that it's not a part of the MGM Signature hotel means you don't get access to all services, including housekeeping and extra pillows, blankets., that didn't help given we were a party of 4.

Location
It was not clear on the booking that this was actually a privately owned condo - not a hotel. Only one room servicing in 6 nights and totally inadequate facilities ie coffee, toiletries etc. Very disappointing given room rate.
