Très désagréable séjour dans se établissement mais très belle ville

Je n'ai pas aimé l établissement car il étais insalubre. Pas de télévision, pas de WiFi, pas de bouton pour la chasse d'eau du WC. Pas de clé pour la le portail d entré.

Il faut qu'il refasse un travaux de fond. Car le lit en mauvais état. Pas de piscine comme annoncé dans l annonce. Les insectes qui sortent la nuit des trous dans le toilette. Pas de wifi. Porte de la chambre déformé. Le propriétaire qui ne répond ja au téléphone. Je veux être remboursé.

Le propriétaire ne nous a pas remis les clés de l’immeuble et ne répondait ni au téléphone, ni sur WhatsApp, ni même via Booking. À 3 h du matin, j’ai dû attendre qu’un résident rentre pour pouvoir accéder au bâtiment. Sans parler de l’état de l’appartement de l’intérieur ! J’ai tout pris en photo pour me protéger !

Mal anfitrión, lugar sucio y mala atención al cliente sobre todo. Necesitábamos la ayuda urgente del anfitrión, nunca responde, y al final nos tocó buscar otro lugar para hospedarnos.

Отсутствовал свободный доступ к дому, по факту вышел на улицу, сиди жди пока кто то будет выходить входить, что бы ты смог зайти в здание. А когда ты поздно возвращаешься домой это есть большая проблема.

Es war für den absoluten Notfall noch okay. Ich würde aber dort nicht mehr hingehen.

Die Wohnung sieht aus als wäre Vandalismus betrieben worden. Darüber hinaus gab es scheinbar einen Wasserschaden oder ähnliches und das Bad hat starke Schimmelprobleme und die Betten waren nicht ansatzweise bequem. Es war auch leider nicht wirklich sauber.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung! Freundliche Menschen im Haus! Große Wohnung mit vielen Fenstern.

Im Kleiderschrank hingen viele nasse Handtücher. Dafür gab es keine keine sauberen (& trockenen) Handtücher, obwohl dies laut Beschreibung angekündigt war. Im Bad und in der Küche war Schimmel. Die Sauberkeit war teilweise mangelhaft (Küche).
