Family home in desirable neighborhood with pool ac

Two or more bedrooms with two bathrooms with washer dryer. Detergent and softener were provided. Not much else.

After paying for the property had to submit $20 non refundable for incidentals or $250 deposit that wouldn’t be refunded for a month! It certainly wasn’t to pay for carpet cleaning or maintenance! The bed covers were stained and very worn. The bathtub did not look clean, but may have just had old damaged surface. The washer was extremely loud and drown out the television in the great room. The lighting from the vaulted ceiling was terrible and the microwave light was burnt out and fireplace in the master bedroom was broken. The yard was the only one in neighborhood not mown and bushes not trimmed and half dead tree in front yard. A pool is advertised with photos at the house, but was not on property. There was no indication the pool was not on site. Only after the purchase was made were there rules listed about when the pool can be used. Even then, it did not say it was a community shared pool. There was no instruction where in the neighborhood the pool is located. I messaged the owner at 7pm but they did not respond back until 9:45 am the next morning after we left. We had many other options and only stayed there with a party of 3 because they falsely stated and had photos there was a pool. May have been a good deal of you have a party of 10 or 12 and can share 2 bathrooms.
