Quiet neighborhood, great family friendly layout, plenty of beds and nice setup with FireTVs in the rooms.
Improvements needed: Pet hair existed on carpet and we kept picking it up with our socks. Also pet hair on the sofa and backdoor entryway mat. Quite a bit of dog poop in back yard which made it difficult to play football with my son. We had to go to community area instead. Worlds smallest charcoal grill in back patio. Had to borrow one from local friend. And only enough towels for 7 people so we had to go buy some. All three toilet seats were loose so I had to tighten them all down. At this price range, I would have expected some improved standards.
