Good value stay comfy beds and a close walk into town

All the facilities and close to town, a short walk. The facilities were clean and fully functional. Off street parking and a quiet area.

It’s not brand new but wasn’t the most expensive.

Clean, simple house near the city centre with parking. Great for a family group or friends sharing.

A very simple, clean house with four bedrooms and good kitchen and living room space. Secure off road parking, and available onstreet parking. Walking distance from the city centre, and very close to numerous small shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

The area is quite poor and dilapidated, which won't suit everyone. I am used to multicultural inner city areas though, and it was absolutely fine. Facilities a little basic. Reasonable TV for example, but just your basic live broadcast channels. And there was a modern WiFi router on the first floor but the signal strength wasn't great.

Not suitable for families, and we left a day/night earlier than agreed. Waste of money.

Location was awful. very run down litter and gangs everywhere.

Not a very family friendly area. Drug addicts were outside using drugs during the day. The facilities were very tired. The bathroom toilet was broken and leaking creating an awful smell. Empty bags of drugs were found outside in the front garden. Very loud neighbours. Did not feel safe here.

Clean bedding comfortable beds. Clean towels. Toiletries and cleaning products available. Good location for Cabot circus and city.

Property wasn't particularly clean. Broken mirror in bedroom, thick dust on skirting boards, cold tap not working in downstairs toilet. Drawer in kitchen filled with people's post. Broken sofa bed. Filthy tiles in kitchen. Wouldn't want to cook there. Wardrobe Broken in bedroom. Outside courtyard full of tall weeds and nettles.

Needs a refurb.

Nice and close to the city. Adequate parking for one car. Made us get out and explore the city…. all day.

Curtains and doors not closing fully Downstairs toilet soil pipe was broken so couldn't use the downstair toilet Superficially cleaned. Domestic and construction rubbish outside. At least weed the slabs at the front of the house. Very poor joinery throughout

No fue muy cómoda la estancia

Era espacioso.camas para todos.una especie de tríplex.lo mejor las camas ,eran cómodas y limpias.y nos dejaron entrar a las 12. Faltaron toallas y nos dejaron al día siguiente.

A 20 minutos andando del centro, no hay parada de bus muy cerca, y hay que andar x un barrio algo inseguro incluso hubo una reyerta justo en nuestra puerta una noche,nos despertaron sobre las 2 de la mañana ruidos de coches y hombres contra otros del barrio🥺😬que nos dejó un poco temblando. La limpieza justita justita, sofás del salón hundidos y manchados, cacerolas manchadas, que no usamos , dos terrazas en la delantera y trasera de la casa, bastante sucias y desatendidas, con restos de colillas, tierra, papeles, como si estuvieras en la calle, la verdad , que una dejadez tremenda, y otra cosa, un aseo en planta baja, minúsculo y el baño principal en última planta. Casa de bajo ,primera y segunda planta.el aseo de planta baja solo cabía un WC, y justito.

Ubicación y generalidades no recomendable.

Era espacioso.

Lejos de todo, en un barrio que no parecía seguro. Uno de los baños se inundó el primer día y no pudimos utilizarlo. El otro baño, se inundaba cuando te bañabas. No estaba muy limpio, no había buen olor.

Resultó difícil contactar con los anfitriones. No había secador del pelo y quisimos comunicárselo pero fue imposible.
