Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la struttura si trova in un quartiere molto particolare di mercato san Severino, tranquillo e silenzioso. È facile raggiungere l'autostrada per salerno e il centro del paese.

L'accoglienza e la gentilezza dei proprietari, la pulizia della casa, la comodità e la tranquillità della zona anche a capodanno, il ricambio degli asciugamani, il refill della colazione e lo svuotamento della spazzatura a metà settimana. I consigli preziosi dei proprietari, la vista sulle montagne dalla finestra, gli spazi ampi, l'acqua, il caffè e la colazione.
Consiglierei di aumentare un po' il dosaggio del boiler per l'acqua calda che scarseggiava per fare la doccia in due persone in inverno, come anche aggiungere qualche stoviglia di base necessaria come 2 piatti o 2 tazze (c'è il bollitore e il microonde ma i bicchieri compostabili non possono essere utilizzati), che, sebbene non sia un appartamento dotato di cucina, almeno consentirebbero all'ospite di organizzarsi autonomamente al meglio. Il letto purtroppo scomodo ma ci siamo abituati
