Everything was more than satisfying.

Truly spacious and large apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, everything clean, private parking, and easy access to the center of Sarajevo. We were more than satisfied — I can only recommend it.

Nothing to improve — everything was perfect.

Upon arrival I contacted owner by WhatsApp to report that the televisions were not working. I received her response, which informed me that, as the Internet was working, "it's a problem with the TV provider and unfortunately there's nothing I can do about it". Absolutely no effort was made to contact her TV provider, nor did she contact or send anybody to assist or to fix the problem. We stayed there for 6 nights and as this was during the World Cup football, it was particularly distressing and meant that each time there was a match of interest, we had to walk down to the city centre to view the match in a bar. The only alternative was to have watched the match on my phone! It was also very inconvenient as, although the apartment is 600 meters from the centre, the walk back to the apartment is on a fairly steep hill of 11% elevation, and which as I am 74 years of age, with damage to both of my knees and breathing problems, I found that returning to the apartment was very difficult and took about 3 times as long as the 7 or 8 minutes' walk mentioned in the locations' description. Actually nowhere in the online description does the owner make any mention of the steep hill and accordingly I find it to be very deceitful, inconsiderate and unfair to guests. I most certainly would not have booked this apartment had the location details been honestly and transparently described - which I certainly do not find to be an unreasonable expectation. The above-mentioned negligence from the apartment owner spoiled an otherwise very good visit to Sarajevo.
