YO's Homes Rivergate Apartment Infinity Pool Near District 1

Food was everywhere to eat and a lot of variety. Also we were a 20 walk or 6 min taxi from the Ben Thanh market.

The check in process was weird. This isn't a hotel but an apartment building. There are signs that say temporary residence was not allowed which made me feel like at any time we would need to relocate but people were checking in everyday so it must have been fine.

Pool access was strangely limited as the owner needs to sign you up for when you want to use the pool everyday

Nice and spacious apartment with a fantastic view of the city. Beds are good.

The apartment and the building is in serious need of maintenance. The pictures are from the time when the building was new - it’s not anymore. You can access the pool, but it’s only open from 9-5 Tuesday to Sunday. And you have to write the staff minimum 30 minutes before, as the have to show up at the pool, to tell the guard, that you are allowed to swim.

Good location to see Vietnamese non touristy areas . Plenty of shops and restaurants around to eat . Lovely walk along river to Bach Dang area and not too far

You cant’t pay by credit card it is cash only and not what is stated through booking.com.Strange set up as there are big signs everywhere stating that the flats are not allowed to be sublet .our flat did not look like the pictures on booking . Com . Very tired - needs modernising towels and bed clothes very thin - couldn’t use the blind as it looked like it was going to fall down. General surface clean ok but if you look closer needs a deep clean and painting . Could provide basic’s like tea and coffee . Person checking us in was unhelpful and rude. Did nit use swimming pool as we had to call owner before we wanted to .
