Very clean. Short drive to the beach. Adequate kitchen setup. Leftover spices and some coffee supplies for keurig was nice. Overall a nice place and would use it again.
The outside firepit and chairs were not setup, but it was very hot so we probably wouldn't have used it anyway. Icemaker was off and it takes a long time to make ice. Fortunately we had some ice with us. Wish they had better maps of the development and more menus and tourist brochures. The shuttle to the beach only runs friday- Sunday which may have been in description. Living area is small and with 4 adults it was okay.
