About this villa rental
This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome was constructed in 2014 and is ready for your family to enjoy. The home sleeps 8 with 2 king beds, 2 full beds and a full size pull-out on the sectional in the loft. Enjoy your evening sitting on the rear porch or playing in the sizable side yard. The separate dining room seats 6 comfortably and there are 3 additional bar stools in the fully equipped kitchen. There is also outside dining for six on the patio in the back of the home. The Villa is equipped with pool and beach toys/equipment along with 6 flat screen televisions for rainy days. Your children will also enjoy playing the X-Box 360 or watching their favorite show on the big screen tv in the loft. Rental fee includes use of the clubhouse, pool and cleaning costs. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the peak season June-September.

We enjoyed our stay! We have visited this property 6 times over the years and we are never disappointed. The home is in a beautiful area with a pool that is perfect for families. This year we had to navigate Hurricane Erin. In doing so, we found even more places to visit. Frontier Land and Salisbury Zoo were a hit with the children! It is always a very enjoyable stay at this home. Very clean and has everything needed for an enjoyable vacation.

We have stayed here 4-5 times with our kiddos. It is a short walk to the pool and a short drive from the beach. We love that there are beds for everyone and also places to be alone to read and watch TV. The house is clean, and has everything you need to relax or cook. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The house looks almost new. The pool area is large and very clean. Other than having trouble receiving the check-in instructions, it was a great stay. I would stay there again. The host was great.
