A bit pricey but perhaps that’s how it is in Sevilla?

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Easy and simple access via a code sent to you. Choice of fan or air con. Little julienne balcony. Large shower with great water pressure. Tea coffee facilities in lobby. Lovely decor. Comfortable bed.

Nothing. If the units had a small fridge for keeping water cool that would have been useful.

The rooms are in an old but newly renovated building in a historical part of Sevilla. It is apparent that the host invested quite a lot. The room was sufficiently large for one person (with a double bed), had both a ceiling fan and an AC (like the fan more). I stayed for one night and this accommodation is suited more for short stays (max 1-2 nights). Location is excellent, street is hidden from busy parts of the city. I loved the big walk-in shower.

Despite the investments and improvement to an old building (new windows, basic but functional room), the door and access to the building and room has issues. The code did not work at first and I realized in the morning that my door was not properly shut. But most of all, the doors are loud and thin, with a gap below, so that there is no sound proofing here (I could hear anything happening on the ground floor while I was on the top floor). This should really be improved. Unfortunately I have a back issue so the soft bed I had did not work for me. It would have been nice to have a proper glass or mug for water, a water cooker in the room (rather than just on the ground floor). A couple of shelves in the room to put one's stuff on would also be helpful.

Water pressure is very good and comfortable.

Heard a very loud sex sound at midnight. Not sound-proofed. Bed sheets are a little bit not clean.
