Il primo giorno è finita l’acqua calda dopo una breve doccia! il boiler sembrava da 30 litri e non da 80 come ci è stato detto dopo aver comunicato l’accaduto una finestra era rotta perciò entrava aria, dopo averlo comunicato hanno provveduto; materasso duro e zero insonorizzazione, ogni mattina mi svegliava il camion della spazzatura/ lavori nelle vicinanze e per concludere l’ultima sera è saltata la televisione forse un cortocircuito ma ha influito…

Beautiful place, great location, modern, clean. Host was lovely.

Stairs! But that's Italy

The location was really nice.

The staff guy was 40minutes late to bring the keys. So we were waiting in the middle of the crowded street with all our lugage. While he keeps saying ‘5minutes’ through text. When he was finally there, we walked all the way up to the appartment, with the heavy lugage, and guess what? He forgot the keys and we had to wait again. I think its not properly done if you’re that late, and smell like weed too. The property itself wasnt very clean. Ran up to a lot of hairs in the bathroom and it had a dirty smell aswell. That was dissapointing. The bed was very hard, but thats a bit of a personal issue. The appartment is on top floor. So not nice for older people who have trouble walking.
