Schlecht..ich empfehle kein..insbesonderes im winter..sehr kalt

I do not recommend it in the winter… It is very cold and there are no indoor slippers to move between the bedroom and the bathroom. The sink for washing the face and hands is broken. The walls have an unpleasant smell because the building is old. The place is far from the RER station, and the walk to the public transportation stop is tiring. There are no food shops or stores nearby to buy necessities. I do not recommend it for elderly people, nor do I recommend renting it in the winter. If you want to rent it, then only in the summer — and you must have a car.

Great Location and Affordable.

The place was clean and Near a Train Station which made it easy to find.

The water didn't get really hot and the water would sometime leak out of the shower.

it is not convenient location By taking public transport to the property (bus + Train +walk with luggage). It is hard to find a taxi back CDG airport. the shower leaked water and silicone peer off there are aunts in the room

An poor apartment with no character in the middle of a construction site

Nothing at all.

This property was a construction site with the entire front & back yards dug up. There was digging & earthmoving equipment in the driveway. It was noisy from the workmen. It was grubby to enter, I could not relax, work continued until after 7pm. I find it appalling that a host would offer accommodation in the middle of an active working construction zone - the permit was on the front fence. It was a waste of money & time & I was extremely disappointed and could not wait to leave. Prior to my stay I contacted the host 4 times to try & obtain the arrangements for the stay with zero response and I had to get booking.com to make contact. In addition, it was paid in advance and non refundable BUT I did not receive what I paid for.

Bon rapport qualité/prix pour un court séjour.

Petit studio agréable pour un court séjour. Literie confortable. Équipements sur place. Hôte gentille et très réactive.

Pas d’eau chaude lors de ma venue… Il faisait chaud dans l’appartement et on ne peut pas vraiment ouvrir la fenêtre car on est au rez-de-chaussée. Il manque peut être une Clim, le ventilateur n’est pas suffisant en cas de forte chaleur.

Goed appartement voor verblijf bij niet extreme weertypes

De ruimte is groot en hoog. 2p bed is goed. Omgeving is stil en balkon voorkant gezellig.

Het bedbankje is te hard voor kind/kinderen om te slapen. Ruimte kan vochtig zijn bij zeer warm of regenachtig weer
