Neighbor who helped us
Communication with the owner🫤 Apartment bed smelling, very dirty and not functional, oven doesn't work, sink blocked, doesn't work properly so there is a flog every time we use it. Parking not included even there is garage, on the street is not possible to find parking place at all. Walls are very thin so you can hear neighbors. Even I've tried to communicate friendly with the owner and sent photos of the apartment when we entered, he/she did nothing. Pay attention on all feedbacks, unfortunately all guests had the same issues!

Lovely apartment
The apartment was very clean and tidy. Close to the train station , shops , super market (aldi) on the doorstep, few resturants/takeaways within walikng distance. Comfortable beds. Secure/reserve Parking was gr8.
Weather was hot and only 1 fan available. Could do with AC or at least couple of more fans. Apart from this can't fault the accommodation.

Taille de l'appartement/emplacement. Réactivité de la conciergerie. Équipements et propreté. Proximité commerces.
Pas de parking. Lit un peu trop mou, manque de coussins. Quelques dysfonctionnements dans l'appartement (ampoules manquantes ou hs, machine à café hs)). Voisinage calme mais laisse à désirer au niveau hygiène parties communes ( poubelle sur les paliers!!)

Це найжахливіше проживання, яке я зустрічала. По-перше, зверніть увагу на депозит у розмірі 1000€. Пізніше розповім, як володарі апартаментів його «використовують». У квартирі дуже брудно, ми витратили дві години на прибирання, тому що знаходитись з дітьми там було неможливо, всюди бруд, диван весь в пилу, санвузол взагалі жах! Посуд жахливий і навіть не вистачає столових приборів, мікрохвильова піч працює неадекватно, ми не могли повноцінно годувати дітей. Над головою коли сидиш за столом величезна діра, постійно щось шумить та відчуття, що ллється на голову. Ми ледве витримали там декілька днів та вимушені були переїхати в інше житло. І найголовніше це, коли ми виїхали і справа дійшла до повернення депозиту, то господарі повернули частково, зіславшись на якусь пропалену пляму на простирадлі. Після довгих переписок з вимаганням доказів цього, вони не змогли показати що це правда і ми вимушені були звернутися до booking . Booking запросив докази того, що нами було пошкодженне якесь майно, вони також нічого не змогли показати, бо це просто обман і таким чином вони забирають ваші гроші без яких то пояснень!!! Категорично не рекомендую нікому і ніколи. Будьте обережні!
