Well equipped apartment in a great location.

Sehr nettes Apartment im 3. Stock (ohne Lift), sehr ruhig gelegen (Innenhof). Für 3 Personen ein bisschen klein, aber gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Insgesamt angenehmes Flair.

Der Eingang zur Dusche ist recht eng. Man muss digital etwas versiert sein, um den kontaktlosen Einlass zu bewältigen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top.

Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden sowohl im Haus als auch im benachbarten Haus umfangreiche Bauarbeiten ausgeführt, weshalb es werktags leider sehr laut war.

Location excellent Quick response from host via WhatsApp - but did not appear to be local Simple breakfast foods provided, as well as a bottle of water, as well as items to assist food preparation. Kitchen well equipped. Bedroom/bed comfortable. Extra couch/sleeping area was as expected.

Photos of the living area on the website were somewhat misleading - more crowded, furniture had been rearranged Instructions to get into apartment need to be updated and simplified - we found them confusing, and probably took us 30 minutes to get in Could have been cleaner - mold on the ceiling of the shower, dead plants on the balcony Dishwasher didn’t function “Coffee machine” - implies something electric to me (like a nespresso machine), but it was an espresso pot for the stove Water tank must be small - ran out of hot water with showers Would have appreciated more awareness of the number of flights to the apartment (later I read “Upper floors accessible by stairs only” in the listing of amenities, but I had no way to know on what level this apartment was located exactly). Now I understand “piano 3” - but this is not a common way to describe floors for those in the USA, so maybe this on is on me I still might have chosen this apartment to rent, but I would have appreciated a little more clarity and information. I guess I expected more for the price.
