Posizione ottima nel centro di Oviedo, a pochi passi da tutto, con parcheggio e supermercato vicino, appartamento piccolino ma accogliente e pulito, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, soggiornare per una settimana ed avere una lavatrice disponibile è molto comodo.
I materassi (due) del "divano letto" se si può definire così, vanno un attimo rivisti, però niente di eccessivamente scomodo.

Lo limpio que estaba, y acogedor, una mezcla entre lo compacto y lo cómodo, decoración muy bonita, y mucha limpieza

Location close to main attractions; building is clean and well kept
Toilet did not function well, attendant knew it, we reported it next day and it was ignored until it overflowed the following day and turned into an emergency. The beds are not for long term ( >3 days) stay, daybed is too soft and inadequate as a bed and too wide for use as a sofa. Kitchen bar can only be used as an island; chairs are uncomfortable. We had to use desk as kitchen table.Too many furnishings for the space. Bar noise downstairs and inadequate studio ventilation made sleeping very difficult. Towels and sheets were not changed after a week as agreed upon. Lack of communication with attendant and property mgmt was frustrating; we were ignored
