Room was right and spacious, clean and serviced every day

The hotel’s design is simply stunning. Its location is right in the heart of the city, and you feel truly pampered from the beginning to the end of your stay. Check-in was personalized, as there is no reception, and all the important information was clearly provided. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Everything you might need was available, from Nespresso capsules to high-end toiletries. Breakfast was simply amazing, with a wide variety of options. We especially appreciated that lactose-free breakfast options were available for my wife.

They should provide more pillows and offer a greater variety of options (such as memory foam, soft, or firm pillows). The bathroom setup could also be improved. Since there is a small window above the bathroom door, light from the room next door and the corridor enters the room, which can be quite disturbing when trying to sleep. It would be helpful to cover it, as was already done with the window above the main room door.

Staff were very helpful. The mini bar, tea and coffee are replenished daily included in the price of the room. The breakfast was good if not a little pricey.

Our room ( 0.1) was on the ground level and the windows opened onto the street. It had no aircon. The noise from the trams cars and pedestrians was intolerable. If I had been aware of the room and location I would never have booked.
