Algunas noches un poco ruidosas.

Mini appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, completo di tutto ciò che serve.

Il soffione della doccia perde acqua e funziona male. Lo stipite della porta del bagno andrebbe sistemato e pitturato. Le ante del mobile della TV sono da registrare, e anche la porta della caldaia

- Very good location, near the station and park, not far from the city centre. - Property has everything that you need (if it worked) - bathroom, bedroom with double bad, living room with sofa bad and kitchen. - staff provided with a new dish sponge and clothes. There was dishwashing liquid available. - sufficient set of pans and pots (we were cooking our food in there) as well as plates, glasses and cutlery - sufficient number of towels - we could arrive anytime as due to code based door lock there was no need for staff to be present on our arrival.

- Washing machine didn’t work (staff told us that new one would be delivered within 48/72h, but in our week long stay it was not fixed/replaced). - Insufficient supplies (only two roll of toilet paper and 2 dishwasher tablets), so you need to buy these yourself. We bought pack of dishwasher tablets- hope next renting people will be able to use it. - most apartments that I had used so far, had some basic spices (pepper, salt), sugar maybe olive oil - nothing like that hear (apart from 3 cups of coffee) - for a week stay we needed to buy 1kg of sugar, pepper, 0.5kg salt etc, most of which we were not able to use fully - hope other people renting find it handy. - flat was not clean - we needed to clean it on a first day (hair, dust and rubbish under furniture). There is no vacuum cleaner, so cleaning means dust brush, mop and cloth (which explains why they can not maintain cleanliness) - broken doors in 2 cabinets - broken shower head (you need to use rain shower)
