Dúplex con terraza by Prestigi

A very pleasant comfortable clean tidy modernist apartment on 2 levels with the bedroom and main bathroom upstairs. I used the small terrace daily for lunch and dinner with nice views into the distant hills. The app. used for both street and apartment entry worked well without any problems. Good WiFi. Ten minute walk from the train station. Two excellent grocery stores immediately adjacent. About a 20 minute pleasant walk into the old town area.

No handrail on the stairs requires being very careful especially when coming down. Nothing can be done but the street noise while eating on the terrace was often quite loud and annoying.

Clean comfortable apartment, nice views from the balcony. The local supermarket and delis have great produce.

Digital keys. On two occasions the entry keys did not work as the WiFi was down. We had immediate WhatsApp access to the host. The subsequent instructions for the outside key box were wrong( box had been changed). It took my wife one hour and a neighbours help to get in. I had a tee time one morning at golf El Prat and couldn’t get out of the garage( depends on phone signal). Pretty stressful. It would have been better to have access to the key boxes at checkin for keys and garage remote. The symbols on the oven dials are worn off. Had to guess how to set the oven/grill.
