Posizione strategica per le spiagge a sud e a nord di Gallipoli, consente di cambiare ogni giorno la destinazione arrivandoci in poco tempo. Appartamento rinnovato, comodo per 2 persone e al caso un bambino (il terzo letto per un adulto risulta troppo duro e scomodo). Facile parcheggio in strada sotto casa. Pratico cortile interno con lavabo per esigenze post spiaggia e anche una terrazza sul tetto con vista mare da lontano.
Il terzo letto è un divano letto ampio ma troppo scomodo per il peso di un adulto o ragazzo grande. Andrebbe sostituito con un vero letto visto che lo spazio in camera c'e'.
