Basalt House A by Homie

It is a cute, unique and cozy basalt house, just as on the picures, with its own parking space. Regarding the facilities and amenities they think about everything: welcome pack (a small bottle of delicious wine, cookies and mineral water), detergent, dryer, coffee, some basic ingredients for cooking, dehumidifier to decrease the humidity in the apartment. The agency staff was nice, communicative, available and flexible regarding our check-in, trying to make our stay more comfortable.

The apartment is located on a narrow, steep and busy road, hence a bit noisy for relaxing sleeping. It was also quite cold, needed continuous heating by the AC all, similarly to dehumidification. Only the building could be locked and not directly our apartment on the ground floor, what was somewhat unusual for us.

L’appartement est décoré avec énormément de goût. On s’y sent desuite comme à la maison. La vue et le balcon c’est vraiment un plus ! De plus les voisins sont d’une gentillesse. Le quartier est calme. Et c’est proche de beaucoup de randonnées ainsi que d’activités. Les instructions pour rentrer dans l’appartement sont très claires et la conciergerie qui s’en occupe est exceptionnelle : des femmes adorablement gentille. J’ai hâte de revenir ! Si vous recherchez un appartement à São Vicente c’est lui et pas en autre ! Je travaille dans le domaine du voyage et je le recommanderais vivement à mes prochains clients 🥰

Légère odeur d’humidité dans l’entrée mais rien d’alarmant et ce n’est pas à l’intérieur du logement

There is still an issue with the ventilation in the bathroom, additionally there is no heating there witch causes that there is great humidity there. We had to take shower with open doors. The towels were not drying at all during our whole stay. We could smell the mould scent everywhere in the apartment.
