Clean and tidy
The room was not ready during my check in. The cleaner wax still in the building when we came into the building after 3pm , he was still cleaning at 4:30pm. We deserve to be refunded for our money for a day. Also the pool was closed at majority time, we did not use the pool at all. Everytime we go to the pool it was locked. The timings of open the pool was locked
