Everything. Super clean apartment in a big building with beautiful garden and lovely swimming pool. The apartment has absolutely everything you may need - I have rarely been in an apartment with that level of care for every single detail! Great view. A few kilometers long San Juan or Muchavista beach is just 20 meters away. Comfortable bed. Great host Santiago…
Location is perfect to go to the beach and enjoy sea@sun but… Alicante is 20-25 minutes away by tram. Unfortunately only a few restaurants and shops are within walking distance… and if you want to make any real shopping or go to a good restaurant you need to take the tram… (or drive to the city)…

Très bel appartement extrêmement propre, bien équipé, grand frigo congélateur, lave linge lave vaisselle. Mise à disposition des produits d’entretien même si j’amène toujours ce qu’il faut. L’emplacement la vue mer. Belle résidence très bien entretenu également.
