Centraal gelegen hotel met restaurant in het centrum van Telavi. Prettige kamer op de bovenste verdieping, goede bedden, terrasje met zitje (fijn!), prima badkamer, goed restaurant - lekker gegeten). Overall een goede ervaring.
Het inchecken verliep nogal vreemd. Inchecken kon vanaf 15.00 uur, we arriveerden rond 15.30 uur, de receptionist was er niet, of we over een kwartiertje terug konden komen (??). We vonden het personeel niet echt vriendelijk en hartelijk, op het aardige jonge meisje na. De airco viel een aantal keren uit, na 3 keer opnieuw starten ging het goed. Kleine minpunten dus, die gemakkelijk verbeterd kunnen worden.

Breakfast doesn’t normally start until 11:00. Kindly, they let us order breakfast at 10:00. The breakfast was chargeable.

Zimmer sehr komfortabel und großzügig. Essen gut.
Kein warmes Wasser, bei Nachfrage wurde erklärt, das ist schon einige Tage so. Danach wurde das Warmwasser in stand gesetzt. Wir hatten inkl. Frühstück, ab 10 Uhr darf man dann bestellen. Bis wir das Hotel verlassen haben, war der halbe Tag verschwendet. Für uns kommt das Hotel nicht mehr in Frage. Sorry
