    2 friends ( not a couple) visiting Berlin for a weekend with a late flight decided to use this airport hotel for one might . The hotel was really lovely, clean with helpful staff and nice decor . Very pleasant stay. The self service area near the reception desk had everything we needed including drinks as the bar was closed but the bar area open so we had a relaxing nightcap there and reasonable priced . My only issue is I thought it was closer to the airport . This hotel is beside many others but is a 20 min drive from the airport . Taxi drivers were not interested in us as they wanted the longer fares to the city but our Uber driver was reliable and we go there no problem . Thr desk staff are very helpful in helping us navigate how to get to Berlin on public transport .

    we booked for a family room for 4 and ended up being pushed and given with a small room with a broken extra bed. showed our booking made for 4 and explicitly mentioning family room they insisted that there is a problem with their system and did not offer any other solution. so we had to sleep in small double bed and broken (half was down half was up extra bed) Clearly the worst hotel staff and experience that we had in our life as a family. Hotel itself is clean and new however staff is awful , not helpful and they are pointing to hotels booking system only which is not even legal. If you allow me to book from nice platforms like Agoda you should be able receive booking details.
