Все очень нравится, апартаменты хорошие и просторные. Всегда очень хорошо убрано, это отличает эти апартаменты от других в этом доме) Приятно, что есть тряпочки и капсулы для посудомойки. Хороший матрас, хорошее постельное.
Неприятно, что сосед (наверное, сверху) купил беговую дорожку и скачет на ней как сумасшедший в 6 утра каждый день, это было тяжело переносить по утрам. Это очень громко и некомфортно. С соседом надо решать вопрос срочно!!! И надо починить полку в ванной в шкафчике, она падает.

Super lokalizacja, wygodny apartament.
Na miejscu dostępny jest parking podziemny. Korzystałem z tego apartamentu już kilka razy. Niestety tym razem nie mogłem skorzystać z parkingu, ponieważ „ostatni gość nie oddał pilota”, taką informację otrzymałem od obsługi po zgłoszonym problemie. Niestety nikt mnie o tym nie poinformował wcześniej, a było to dla mnie bardzo znaczące.

Közelben van bolt, pizzázó, kávézó, villamos megálló.
A takaró az ágyakhoz kétszemélyes nagy, a 2 db külön takaró számunkra jobb lett volna. A franciaágy matraca puha, mi a keményebb fekhelyet preferáljuk. A parkoló lejáratához egy térkép jól jött volna, de telefonon segítettek megtalálni. A nappali klíma távirányítójában nem volt elem, de vettünk bele ;)

This apartment is ok for adults staying 1-2 nights. Public transport takes you to the city centre in 30 min, there are stores and restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out are contactless and smooth. The apartment was clean and warm (as long as there was heating), exactly as on the pictures, and basics for 1-2 nights provided. Information for check-in and codes for doors were provided on time. Except for the check-in instructions, communication with the hosting company was simply awful. I was sending requests and receiving answers like “Our customer service team will look into it and get back to you.” Some of these replies contained offers and promises but no signature. Occasionally, though rarely, someone who signed their messages would reply to me, but none of my requests were still fulfilled. Only on the last day did I realize that I had been mainly interacting with a chatbot. This was never mentioned anywhere, and those replies sometimes contained information that contradicted what real people had written me. This is simply unacceptable and spoiled my time in Warsaw. It is ok to use chatbots, but this bot needs to introduce himself as such. I shouldn’t have to guess whether I am communicating with a real person or AI, I just wanted to enjoy my vacation. We were given codes for the front door and gate to the yard, which made me feel the location should be safe. But both doors were open on all days except the last. Since there is no reception or surveillance, I felt a bit unsafe, as anyone could have accessed the yard and apartment floor.
I was traveling alone with my 1yo child and requested a cot. The host replied they could not provide a cot but asked whether I needed a special furniture layout. I said I needed the bed against the wall, so my son would not fall out at night. After several reminders from my side and promises from them to check, on the night before our trip to Warsaw, I received a reply from someone named Jakob saying they do not do “such a thing.” If I had known earlier, I would have rented a cot from elsewhere and arranged delivery. But the reply came on Sat night, and our flight was on Sun, when pretty much everything in Warsaw is closed. So I had to figure out how we would sleep and deal with the cot rental on Mon. When I brought this up, I was told they had never offered a special furniture layout because they do not do "such thing". So not only do they use a chatbot, they do not check or see those messages. Unbelievable, I felt completely gaslighted. There were only 2 trash bags on our arrival and no additional ones. With a 1yo, the trash fills up quickly with diapers. I wrote to the host and was promised (as I now know, by the bot) that more bags would be provided asap, but nothing happened. I contacted the company by email, and only then did someone reply that they do not provide “personal hygiene supplies for the whole period of stay” according to their (rather low) standards. Trash bags are not personal hygiene supplies, they help the guest keep the apartment (not myself) clean. This is such a basic necessity, I could not imagine needing to fight for it. The heating and hot water were absent for 24 hours due to a larger failure, but the host company did not offer any solution for me and my son. They simply hoped the city fixes the problem fast. The mattress on the bed was far too soft. Several lamps were not working, in two lamps there was no light bulb at all (a wall lamp and a desk lamp). The light above the sink was blinking.
