It could have been a little better stocked with kitchen items, like a cutting board and other pots or pans. I didn’t feel like I could prepare many things.

The apartments had almost everything necessary for living. The quality of everything available was also sufficient. There were two things that slightly lowered the rating of the apartments. 1. The most interesting. When I arrived at the apartment, I discovered: «In the bathroom I see 1 shower gel (25 ml) and 1 shampoo (25 ml) per person + 1 small soap for 2 people. Is that all for 6 days?» This is exactly what I wrote to the support service. The answer contained a description of what is available in the apartments. Regarding the question the answer was «You must purchase the above products yourself.» 2. The fridge was small, but of sufficient size. However, the freezing chamber was covered with a thick layer of snow and ice, probably due to problems with the freezer door not closing tightly. Such icing significantly reduced the volume of the freezing chamber. There are no complaints about the other services provided. If you are satisfied with such details, you will have no problems with the apartments.

Unfortunately, too much to improve in regards to management and communication. Plenty useless emails before arrival (about 20) but still no instructions how to use parking. It took one hour (calls and messages) to figure out what to do. There is no place for temporal parking so all that time car was on the street threatened to be evacuated… The instruction how to find apartment do not contain one important step (that the door from the street and the door to the building are at the same entering code!) so it also took about hour to figure out with management (calls and messages) how to enter building. I do not understand why it is so hard to make a map with arrows and designations for apartment and parking?! There is 4 buildings — I had to run around to find parking entrance… All this with 2 small kids and 3 suitcases Also management will not help you to call a taxi to airport. It is also too strange. I do not use Uber, or other international services so it also took some time to figure out how to call a taxi… All the above leaved an unpleasant impression of our stay. The apartment itself was good, clear and convenient. The review is written a month after our stay, so I could already forgotten other inconveniences. Finally, on the way back I chose to stay in hotel in the same district — it was 100% more convenient and even cheaper (if you book beforehand).
