The accommodation seems to be recently built and we were only the third guests to use it. As a result, the place was spotless. Paul and Tracey were welcoming, friendly hosts and were only too willing to help out if needed - which was not required. We had use of their lovely garden although going out each day meant there wasn't much opportunity to use it. The location is ideal for exploring the area. We would book Ulverston House Annex if we were in the area again and recommend it to others.
