Al Dora Residence Suites Hurghada

A very special thank you to the restaurant chef for preparing such an outstanding variety of delicious, fresh, and high-quality meals every day. Every dish was made with care and passion, making every dining experience truly enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the incredible hospitality of the entire hotel team. Every single staff member made me feel like I was the owner of the place rather than just a guest staying for a few days. Their kindness, professionalism, warm smiles, and genuine care created an unforgettable experience.

If I could suggest two small improvements, they would be to expand the gym facilities, as the gym is quite small, and to offer a wider variety of snacks. Everything else was absolutely outstanding.

Value for Money Food Buffet Pool Bottled water delivered to hotel room

Coffee Machine not included in all inclusive booking outside of breakfast. Had to specifically request making beds. Soap and Shampoos empty on arrival.

Everything was nice

Breakfast was good, other meals not so much. Complex was spotlessly clean. Staff very pleasant.

When I arrived hotel had no room for me and told me they were full. I had booked & paid months in advance so this was very disappointing, especially as several other guests arrived at the same time and were given their rooms. I believe I had been put out of my booked room as I was a solo traveller and deemed to be of less importance. A room was eventually found for me, a 2 bedroom family room. While this was perfectly adequate, it was not the room I booked and was very noisy as it was on the street. The private beach is a small manmade area - it was rundown and filthy.
